Pikinini Readers

One of the nine beautifully illustrated picture book stories in the Pikinini Readers series for young PNG students.  The books have been written by Diana Donigi and Jenny Cairns, and are designed to encourage a love of reading in lower primary children.

Davita and her family travel the long distance from Port Moresby to visit her Bubus in their village in East Sepik. Davita describes their journey to get there and the wonderful time she has with her relatives when she arrives.
